Blackberry Pancake Sauce

Ingredients

 

  • 1 cup blackberries, fresh or frozen
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp cornstarch

 

Directions

 

  1. Combine the blackberries and sugar in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir until the sugar is completely melted.
  2. In another bowl, combine the lemon juice and the cornstarch, and bring the mixture back to a boil. The sauce will thicken and clear. Serve immediately.
