Blackberry Pancake Sauce

Ingredients
- 1 cup blackberries, fresh or frozen
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp cornstarch
Directions
- Combine the blackberries and sugar in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir until the sugar is completely melted.
- In another bowl, combine the lemon juice and the cornstarch, and bring the mixture back to a boil. The sauce will thicken and clear. Serve immediately.
