No 458 - Noodle Bowls

  •  Ramen Noodles
  • 2 pieces grilled chicken
  • 2 boiled eggs
  • 4 green onions, sliced
  • 1 radish - matchsticked
  • 2 baby bok choy, grilled on cast iron
  • sugar snap peas
  • chicken broth
  • soy sauce
  • dash of sesame oil
  1. This is another one of those non-recipes.  Of course you have to cook your noodles, that's a given.
  2. Things that made a noodle bowl delicious are of course, noodles, and boiled eggs.  The bok choy was a great addition - but feel free to add whatever leftover vegetables you may have on hand - these bowls are a great way to use up this and that in your fridge.
  3. the dash of sesame oil (and i mean a dash) is what will give an asian type of flavor to the bowl.
