Homemade Granola

Ingredients

4 cups oatmeal

1-1/2 cups nuts and seeds

1 tsp salt

2 tsp ground cinnamon

1/2 cup honey

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/2 cup mixed regular and golden raisins

 

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment.

 

In a large bowl, mix all of the dry ingredients, stir.  Then mix your dry ingredients and pour over the dry ingredients.

 

Bake 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway though.  Let it cook after baking, then break it up into chunks and store.
