Summer Squash Dehydrated

Ingredients:

 

  • Summer Squash
  • Salt and Pepper

 

Directions

 

  1. Slice the zucchini between 1/8 and 1/4 in thick.1/8 is good for seasoned chips, and 1/4 may be a little thick for timely drying.
  2. Place on dehydrator trays and sprinkle with sea salt, or pepper. Dry at 115, usually about 12 hours.
