This is so simple, I am surprised there is actually a recipe for this.

Oven Roasted Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 1 potato per person, sliced and cut as you see in the photo
  • Salt, pepper
  • Olive oil 

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375.  In a large bowl, as you cut the potatoes, drop the pieces into water to prevent them from browning.
  2. When they are all cut, rinse the water, and then rinse again.  To this bowl, add about 2 tbsp olive oil, 1 tbsp salt, and 2 tsp pepper.
  3. Using your hands, mix all of this together thoroughly.  Place the seasoned potatoes onto a parchment lined baking sheet and arrange evenly.
  4. Bake 30-40 minutes until soft and starting to become golden.
