Beef Stroganoff

Ingredients

    • Round Steak (sliced thin)
    • 1/2 onion (diced)
    • 1/2 package curly egg noodles
    • 1 tbsp flour
    • Kitchen Bouquet
    • 1 tbsp oilive oil
    • garlic powder (salt and pepper to taste)

    Instructions

    1. Place sliced beef and onions in a skillet with a small amount of olive oil. Cook until meat is thoroughly browned and onions are soft. Add enough water to cover, place a lid on, turn heat to simmer, and cook for 20 minutes. Cook your pasta according to directions. When you are ready to put everything together, bring the heat back up on the meat mixture. Take the flour and add a small amount of cold water and stir to form a medium thick paste. Add to mixture to thicken, color with Kitchen Bouquet.
    2. Add noodles when almost done, turn off the heat and allow to sit for 5 minutes. Serve and enjoy.
