Baked Chicken Thighs with Lemon and Basil

Ingredients
- 4 Chicken Thighs (skin on)
- 8 leaves basil (shredded)
- 1 lemon (thinly sliced)
- Salt and Pepper to taste.
Directions
- Using parchment paper, lay thighs/legs out on a baking sheet. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Lift skin slightly and place shredded basil leaves underneath. Cover with thin slices of lemon.
- Bake at 375 until done, about 45 minutes or more

Just something I threw together, you don’t need to be a genius in the kitchen for this one. It IS good though. I like simple food as well as complicated food. This chicken is really flavorful and easy to prepare and forget in the oven until you smell it!
