Ingredients
- 2 Ripe avocados
- 1 Ripe tomatoes
- 1-2 cloves garlic
- Cilantro (I use a large handful)
- Salt and pepper
- Small Diced Red Onion
Directions
- Mix all ingredients together, there are no measurements because everyone likes differing amounts. It never lasts more than an hour.
- The perfect storage for too much guacamole – to prevent browning – smooth guacamole in your container, place saran wrap on top and smooth over, trying to smush out any air. Add enough water to cover the saran wrap – and voila!
