My daughter Diane happens to make the perfect guacamole.  It’s simple and delicious.

  • 2 Ripe avocados
  • 1 Ripe tomatoes
  • 1-2 cloves garlic
  • Cilantro (I use a large handful)
  • Salt and pepper
  • Small Diced Red Onion


  1. Mix all ingredients together, there are no measurements because everyone likes differing amounts.  It never lasts more than an hour.
  2. The perfect storage for too much guacamole – to prevent browning – smooth guacamole in your container, place saran wrap on top and smooth over, trying to smush out any air.  Add enough water to cover the saran wrap – and viola!
