Cute little jelly cups for parties, or just to use up some almost finished jelly.  Either way, delish.

Jelly Pastry Cups

Ingredients

  • 1 (8 ounce) wedge Brie cheese, rind removed, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 15 frozen phyllo tart cups
  • 1/2 cup raspberry preserves, or to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°.
  2. Place the cups on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and place one piece of the brie cheese into each cup.  Top with 1 tsp jelly of your choice.
  3. Bake for about 7-8 minutes or until the brie is melty
