Fast, easy and simplicity at dinner's finest.  Tilapia is one of those fish that is so mild, even I can stomach it. Recipe Adapted from Taste and Tell Blog.

Parmesan Tilapia

Yield: 4

prep time: 5

cook time: 15

total time:20

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 1 Tbs chopped flat-leaf parsley
  • 4 tilapia fillets (about 1 pound total)
  • 1 lemon, cut into wedges

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven to 400.
  2. Combine the cheese, paprika and parsley into a shallow dish.  Season with 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp pepper, and combine thoroughly.  Drizzle or spray the tilapia, then dredge with the seasoned mixture.
  3. Use parchment paper or foil to line a small baking pan, place the fish on the pan and into the oven for 10-12 minutes.  The center of the fish should flake easily, if not add another 5 minutes.
  4. Garnish with lemon wedges for serving.
