I think everyone has made these since the recipe came out - because they are really the best things ever.

Pigs in a Blanket

Yield: 48

prep time: 10

cook time: 15

total time: 25

  • 2 cans refrigerated Pillsbury biscuits (i use Grands)
  • 2 packages cockail sized smoked sausages

  1. Preheat your oven to 375.  Unroll the cans of dough, and separate into pieces, then cut in half.
  2. Using a rolling pin, smash one half of the dough down, place a weinie on the end, then roll up and place on the baking sheet seam side down.  Repeat until are are ready to bake.
  3. When done, remove from the oven, let cool for a moment, then pile into a bowl and 'pig' out.  These can be frozen before baking.
