Tuna Fish

Ingredients
- Small can of tuna fish - I prefer packed in water
- 1/4 cup celery
- 1/4 cup red onion
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 pickle, diced
- 1 boiled egg white (save the yolk for the dog)
- 1 or 2 pepper Cini's (optional)
- Salt and Pepper
Directions
- Put all the ingredients into a bowl and mix well. Serve over salad, or on some toast!

There
are two ways to serve tuna fish, one being the classic tuna fish sandwich, and
the other is as a salad, hence the name tuna fish salad. When I am able to eat salads, I try to work
them in.
