Chicken Patty with Rosemary and Lemon

Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground chicken
- 2 tbsp sour cream
- 2 tsp chopped fresh rosemary
- 1 1/4 teaspoons kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 2 teaspoons fresh garlic paste (Or mince 2-3 large cloves very finely)
- Zest of 1 medium sized lemon
- 2 tablespoons chopped chives
Instructions
- Add the ground chicken and the rest of the ingredients to a mixing bowl. Using your hands, gently mix all of the ingredients together completely. Divide and shape into 4 patties.
- In a Non-stick or cast iron pan, drizzle a little olive oil in the bottom, then add the patties, and cook, turning every 3 minutes or so until browned and cooked through. Chicken is done when it reaches a temperature of 165 - always check this. Please.

Serve with your favorite sides, mashed potatoes are a MUST, and a green vegetable of your choice is always good. Roasted carrots would also be good, and if using carrots, I would add some thyme or ground sage to the ground chicken
