Oven Baked Chicken Legs

Ingredients

 

  • 4-6 Chicken Legs
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 2 tsp dry mustard
  • 1 tsp salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder
  • Cooking Spray or Oil Mister

 

Instructions

 

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Line a baking dish with parchment paper. In a small bag or rubbermaid container, add the dry ingredients and mix together.
  3. Add the chicken legs and shake to coat the chicken. Lay out on the parchment and spray with your choice of oils. Bake 30-40 minutes until browned and cooked through.

 

Serve with:  Mashed potatoes, salad, potato salad, macaroni salad, green beans, peas or carrots are all things that will work with this meal.

Notes:

 

An old fashioned easy dinner, drop some mashed potatoes and a salad and it's all good.
