House Salad with Crispy Beluga Lentils
Prep time: 5 Min - Cook time: 5 Min - Total time: 10 Min
Ingredients
- Romaine
- Arugula
- Sliced Radishes
- Cherry Tomatoes, Sliced
- Red Onion, sliced
- Peppers if we have them
- Spinach if we have some
Instructions
- Beluga Lentils
- Take 3-4 tablespoons of beluga lentils and pan saute them in a pat of butter or a drizzle of olive oil. They add a great crunch to salads.
