Potato Nachos

Ingredients

  • One large russet potato, sliced 1/8 in thin
  • Sour Cream
  • Green Onion
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Place the sliced potatoes onto a parchment lined baking sheet, sprinkle with salt and pepper.  Bake at 400 until starting to crisp up - about 15 minutes.  Add the cheese and continue baking until melted.
  2. Use your favorite toppings.
