Ingredients

  • XXX lbs of fresh crawfish
  • 3 ears corn, broken or cut into thirds
  • 7-8 small red potatoes, cut into large chunks
  • Crab boil seasonings
  • cayenne pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Wash those critters very well – they are dirty – and they POOP!!!
  2. Add potatoes and corn to pot and bring to a boil.  Cook for 10 minutes, then add the crawfish.  Boil for 5 minutes, then turn off the heat for 15 minutes.  This allows the seasonings to soak in and make everything all tasty.
  3. Drain, spread on baking sheets lined with newspaper or parchment and enjoy!
